Display panels for the posters are 138 cm high and 98 cm wide 

Hanging and Removal:  

Wednesday:  

Posters will be displayed from 13.00 to 18.00.

Poster viewing session between 16:45 and 17:10. Three minutes oral presentations will follow the poster viewing. No slides will be required.

Thursday:

Posters will be displayed from 08.00 to 18.15.

Poster viewing session during the coffee breaks after lunch (13.30. - 14.15. and 16.00 to 16.30.) Selected posters will be followed by five minutes oral presentation, which will take place between 16.30 and 17.45.

Friday:

Posters will be displayed from 08.00 to 12.30.

Posters will be followed by a three-minute oral presentation. The oral presentation will take place between 10.15 and 10.40.
